I've got an Epson printer/scanner/copier and want a good application to work with the scanner. I want "paperless" document management at home -- scanning all bills and other important documents into PDF. I'm not crazy about the default scanning software, so I need suggestions. I know Adobe Acrobat will do it, but that's pretty expensive. Also, I'm going to be picky and look for something with a nice interface that looks like it goes with OS X.
