I am using a 2009 Mac pro that has been flashed to 5,1 and is running Mojave off of a PCI NVMe card. Currently I have a PCI card that adds 4 USB 3.0 ports but I was thinking of replacing it with one that adds USB C ports in addition to USB. Ideally it would have at least 4 usb 3.0 ports and at least 2 usb c ports but I'm flexible. I do have one additional pci slot available to add a new card but it would be very close to my radeon rx580 graphics card and may block the fans so I think I'm better off replacing the card I have. Any recommendations?
