Recommendations for Player?

Hi,

I have a lot of movies on TimeCapsule.I use WiFi N and the internet is really fast.Despite of this when i use MplayerX or VLC and i open some clip it starts after sometimes 3-7 seconds of waiting.When i click in the middle of the clip it takes another 3-7 seconds.Is there a player which handle better the streaming from external drive?
