I'm wondering what the best software is out there for organizing Canon Raw files along with jpegs into folders that also allows you to preview thumbnails of the raw files.

Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
 
I use Adobe Bridge... it's not perfect, but so far I haven't found a better alternative. It allows me to maintain my own file management system while integrating pretty well with the rest of CS2.

Previews of .CRWs are handled by Camera Raw and seem to be pretty quick.
 
Never used this myself, but I've heard Shoebox recommended as a good photo management program.
