Hello Everyone!
Over the past few months I've been a regular reader of the discussions on MacRumors, mainly speaker discussions, as I have been wanting new speakers for my iMac 24" for Music (Hip Hop, Jazz and R&B), Movies and simple music production (Nothing pro).
I've been through a lot (and I mean A Lot!) of posts, especially the ones from 'thegoldenmackid', or ones that have been recommend by him, and no matter how many I read, by the end of the discussion I am still confused, as everyone posts either saying Bose, Harmon Kardon, Creative, Logitech, Swan, Altec Lansing etc.
And obviously in their own way most of them are right, so I thought I'd make a small list of speakers that I've seen reviewers recommend, and I hope someone can point me to the right direction, either out of my list, or anything similar.
Now I was originally going to head towards the Swans M10 or Altec Lansing FX6021 or Klipsch Promedia 2.1 , but those are literally impossible to get in London (not even imported).
Oh and as for budget, as you can see from my choices, preferably under £200/$325.
So here's my list (in no order):
Logitech Z-2300
Antec Soundscience Rockus 3D 2.1
M-Audio Studiophile Av40
Altec Lansing Expressionist Ultra MX6021 2.1
