recommended printers

Hi Guys,

What printer do you recommend for printing some pictures and also print on printable dvds. Have been looking at the Epson R2880 but it is to much for my pocket. I also print DVD case insert. Something that will work with my Mac.

Any budget printers are capable of printing dvd case insert. I used my trusty old Canon Pixma IP4000 printer for dvd case insert all the times. I paid for less than 50.00! Also it prints color photos too the best I ever had!

Prints are expensive if printed locally. After owning many of them... I've given up on photo printers. It is cheaper, faster, and higher quality to upload them to Costco (or wherever) and pick them up within an hour.

I cannot answer about DVDs. I have no use for that, and have never done it. I've pretty much stopped using optical media a couple of years ago.
