Recommended USB charger for AWS4

I have an Apple Watch Series 4. What is the recommended wattage of the USB charger to charge it with? I want anything which can charge it at its maximum speed but not too high.

There is no too high. The watch regulates it. So any 5W or higher works

I don’t want to buy a 20W charger for the watch if the watch can use only 5W. Is 5W the fastest it can use?

Afaik the only watch which uses more than 5W is the yesterday released 7.
