I'm looking into adding videos to my Website, with viewers having the option to view in HD. Eventually, this will turn into a subscription-base site, where people have to pay to watch the videos.

What are my options?

What sort of videos are we talking about here? Because that will determine the sort of host.

You could try vimeo. Then if you upgrade and use the Vimeo Plus option you can lock your videos so they can only be viewed where you want them to (i.e on your site).

How-To videos dealing with graphic design. The videos will be anywhere from a minute to three minutes long.

The Lynda.com website is a great model.
