I have just discovered a solution for Leopard WebKit's new roadblock concerning everyone's favorite freely available public information resource, courtesy of theoldnet.com. Seeing as how I do not recall it ever gaining any discussion here, I figured that it was worth a share.
The Old Net provides an (apparently recent) type of rendering proxy specifically made for viewing current Wikipedia pages on old or unsupported browsers, like everything besides TenFourFox and Links2, for example. All one must do is enter a query into the third search box on their home page, select an article, and read away!

Unfortunately, images don't seem to load correctly at the moment. Although I have not tried on any other platforms as of yet.
I am increasingly coming to appreciate this website and its features. I believe I shall make it a first class Web location on my systems, alongside Macintosh Garden and the ever great Cornica ...
