iOS Record audio, which is playable by Safari Mobile

Hello,

which audio format do I have to record in order to play it on a
website with Safari Mobile.

I've already recorded several files, but none works with Safari Mobile:
.caf, .m4a, .aac (lossless), .aiff.

I use the sample code of SpeakHere to test this.

Any hints are appreciated.
