Record Live Streaming Audio from iphone

I need to record live streaming audio from my iPhone with my iPhone. We use a walki-talki app at work to get our daily instructions. I would like to record Them Instead of writing them down (OR) using my iPods voice rec. it's a pain carrying both devices everyday. A coworker has a droid when he gets his daily instructions all he dose is hits a rec button and it's saved to his memos. Would anyone know how to do this.

Are you jailbreak?
I don't think there is any app inside iPhone allow you to record sound from another app running in background, without jailbreak.
It is by designed.

I use "Just Press Record" on my Apple Watch to record anything from iPhone.
