Record two different audio inputs with GarageBand?

Hey guys!

So, my friends and I have been doing a podcast for a few months now. We sit around a table, and I have a Blue Yeti microphone that I plug into my Mac. We simply record ourselves talking, and call it good.

Tomorrow, we are having our first guest on the cast, and I'm not sure how to record him. He will be calling in via Skype. Is there a way for me to have Garageband record both our voices from the microphone, as well as the Skype sound feed? We have a headphone splitter so that we can hear his voice in headphones (so we don't get an echo in the microphone because of the speaker.

How can we record both audio inputs?

Are all worth a look. I've used audiohijackpro before, and it works well, but it may be more than what you need.
