iPhone 12 mini Record Voice Memos using NFC Tags

I often attend seminars and conferences. I would like to record interesting parts of presentations by tapping on the NFC tag struck on my reading glass case. I can open the Voice Memo app by NFC but I have to press the record button to start recording. Kindly show me a scripting routine or some other method so that the recording can start automatically without me having to press the record button. It would be nice if this button can also be used as a toggle to stop the recording.
