Hello everybody,
I just got a new MacBook Pro with Logic Pro pre-installed. I plugged a midi keyboard in using a USB-b to USB-c cable and started playing and recording some notes. It was working fine until I tried to hear the playback. The play head moves a little, freezes, moves a little, freezes, etc. All the while I'm hearing a low buzzing/farting sound. At first the notes were fine so I know the recording worked.
I restarted the computer, opened up Logic again and still the same. The playhead hardly moves. The track plays but it's severely drowned out by the loud buzzing sound. The speakers aren't shot or anything; I tried them in iTunes. Muting that one midi piano track makes no difference either.
