recorded video and photo file size on iPhone 6

Deciding which capacity to get - I'm wondering how big the file size is of recorded video on the iPhone 6. (and i suppose the picture file size too).

Anyone know a way to estimate this?

It should be almost identical for photos as it was on iPhone 5S. Videos I'd imagine would be a different story as they're now 1080p/60fps but videos are generally harder to put into numbers anyways.
