Recording A Video Chat?

hey there, i was just wondering if you guys knew the best way to record a video chat? thanks

the only hting that i could think of to do it with would be Ishowu, its a screen recording program, as long as you set the quality to high you can capture at the same framerate that icaht is putting out in the vid chat. ive dont it before with streaming internet videos that you cant download, you just set the program to record window and itll match frames and work good.

i believe you can get ishowu at this site...
