Recording audio without the microphone

How do I record audio on my Mac without having to use the microphone? I want to be able for it to just record it off of the screen without the microphone so I don't get some freaken crap quality.

Please, a free way.

SoundFlower might help you with that. It might be a bit complicated to use, though.

Other alternative could be something like iShowU and then strip the audio out and use just that.
