Recording my singing while driving. What microphone attachment should I get?

I want a headphone or headset that has the microphone in the cord. It should have good enough recording quality that I can hear my voice in my 2002 Honda Civic (kinda loud). Noise cancelling would be nice, but it's probably not necessary if the iPhone itself can filter out some of the background buzz.

Have you considered just buying a regular voice recorder? An iPhone attachment that does a good enough job would probably cost more than a good voice recorder (like this one or this one) that does a better job.
