Hello. I have been doing street interviews with people around my area.
One things that would make my life much easier is if I could record the conversations on two channels.
At home, I have things set up like that with the VoIP and Audacity on my MBP, and it's a real life saver, because if I get too eager and talk over someone during a phone interview, then I can easily edit out my rambling later on!!
Because I am doing the video on an iPhone, I guess I'm screwed when I talk at the same time as the person, or when there is background noise like a motorcycle passing, right?
The only way I can think to address this issue would be to use "lav mics"...
If so, could I even do that with my iPhone, or would I need some elaborate setup?
