hey, i was wondering if there is a program that will enable me to record video of what is happening on my computer? things to make video tutorials etc. thanks a lot

Snapz Pro X will do it. Pricey, but it works well - except on Intel systems, where the audio doesn't work (yet)... but the 2.0.3 update, in beta now and due out soon, will fix that.

Some computers can capture using S-Video or composite, maybe if you can export your image through that and capture it on another computer, it might work (I haven't done it yet, but I have the equipment)
