Hi!
I realise it is a free app you're after, but I can only suggest Ecamm's Call Recorder. It's an inexpensive solution and has worked very well for me for the past three years.

Looking for a free app.

what do you guys like?

I had to do this once, and I just went with the quick and dirty quicktime screen recording method.

edit: I realized, it worked well for me because I was recording one part of the conversation (the other person), if you need to record the sound from both parties, you should probably use the sound input from the microphone and have the volume of the call on loud volume level.

Thank you, I tried this and it works well.

however, I tried to record audio as well, I loaded a youtube video, turned the volume up all the way and hit record.

When I went to watch the video I recorded there was no sound. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks
