Recording System Voice

I like to make my own voicemail greetings in GarageBand, then turn up the volume full blast with my iPod earbuds connected and hold them up to the phone. It works great. But does anyone know how I can record the system voice? I want an automated voice saying something in my voicemail and I don't care how I do so. It doesn't even have to be the system voice. Just any voice. If you know of a website that can do this, tell me please.
