Recording the concert

I will record some concert with iPhone 5's Voice Memo app. And it has to be quiet during the show. Do you think if I set it Airplane Mode, No Disturb Mode and Silent Mode(on iPhone itself) on will be okay? And I have no alarms set for that time.
My phone will stand in stand-by/locked mode.

I cant speak for the iPhone 5, but if its mic is as bad as the one on the 4s... you would get a terrible recording.
You're better off using specialized device (e.g h4n) or even a mic interface, like the iRig Mic.

You can always of course try it first and see more or less what it's gonna be like?
