Recording video and audio with an external mic and holder

Hi guys

If this is more suited in another forum please let me know. If not here goes

I would like to record video and audio using my iPhone with an external mic and stand/holder.

The type of video i will be recording will vary so a stand that can double up as a stabilizer when moving would be great.

I’ve been looking at the joby range but there are so many and I don’t know how good they are for moving and stabilizing.

Any recommendations would be great
