What's up everybody!

My PowerBook G4 (6 weeks old) was giving me some crazy issues, kernal panicking all day. Apparently, after running a hardware diagnostic it was a memory card problem that needed to be replaced. I wasn't able to save any new files, some being itunes purchases and some being keynote presentations. The question is, does anyone know/or have suggestions on how to recoup or be reimburesed for the lost itunes purchases. The argument being, the machine never allowed me the option to archive, it would kernal panic continuously.

Thanks for the help!

You could try the "Check for Purchases" under Advanced in iTunes and if that doesn't show anything, you could maybe call Apple and explain your problem. They might be able to let you dowload them again somehow.
