Recover a disk image from a drive I formatted

So like an idiot I formatted a drive that had a Carbon Copy Cloner created disk image on it. I know about Yodot and Wondershare, but what other Utilities do you folks prefer? I only did the base format once, nothing deeper or more extensive than that.
