Recover Camera Roll from Icloud Back up?

Hey Guys, Is there any way or App to get your camera roll back from a back up other than restoring back to that device? I saw Samsung has an app called smart switch that can access your back up in Icloud and pic what you want to bring to the samsung phone ( camera roll, contacts etc ) I cant seem to find any app that can get my Camera roll from a back up from icloud to another older iphone.. Any help would be great!

If you have the phone backed up onto your computer, there are programs for extracting the pictures (and other data) from the backup directory. Most of them have free/paid versions (with some features turned off in the free version). I eventually found a free one that let me extract all of my photos. Unfortunately, I don't remember what it was called.

If your backup is in the "cloud", I have no clue how that would work.

Thanks, I found a couple of app they want 79$ ... The free ones dont allow you to do anything.. I found one that opens back ups from icloud and from a itunes back up, thats the one that cost 79 $ Ouch
