Recover data from a formatted DVD

I formatted a mini-DVD of my webcam by mistake. I did a 'quick-format'. Do you know a good software (if I have to pay it's ok) on OSX to recover the data from it?

Try Data Rescue 3 ($99). You can download the demo and try to recover a small file to see if it will actually work before you buy it.
