Recover Data from network drive

Hello =)

I have a Netgear ready nas duo and I accidentally removed some files I need, how can I recover these files? Is there a program that recovers from network drives?
Tried Data Resuce, but it can not recover from network drives

and regarding this, is there a way to mount a network drive as a USB/FireWire drive on your Mac?

is it able to put my two hard drives into a computer as a raid and then able to run a rescue program?
