Hi there,

i have an iMac with SSD and HD; my TC backups both disks. I'd like to try and create a FusionDrive with both e i'd like to know if, once i've created it, I can recover data through time capsule from both disks.
iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Yes, indirectly. Once a Fusion drive is made it appears to Time Machine and you the user as one drive and backs up just like a single drive would.

i'm sorry, but maybe i was not so clear.
I have a SSD drive ( Drive A ) and a HD drive ( Drive B ). With FusionDrive they are combined in a Logical Drive ( Drive C ). After i create the FusionDrive, can i read the time machine backup of the data that were on the Drive A and Drive B or should i backup it on an external drive?

Ah... Gotcha. You will still be able to see the data in the Time Machine backup for both the drives. Thing is, I'm not sure what Time Machine is going to do with adopting that backup set. After doing the Fusion conversion I would start a new Time Machine backup set.
