recover data- using a PC

hey guys. so i have a macbook pro that has stopped working. im still trying to figure out why. i think its the logic board :-(

but i pulled the hard drive and threw it in an external hard drive enclosure. I sadly am using a windows computer until i can figure out whats wrong. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get a PC to read the drive so i can get some files off of it??

FAT32 (File Allocation Table)

• Read/Write FAT32 from both native Windows and native Mac OS X.

• Read/Write NTFS from native Windows.

HFS+ (Hierarchical File System, a.k.a. Mac OS Extended)

• To Read HFS+ (but not Write) from Windows, Install HFSExplorer

exFAT (FAT64)

• Supported in Mac OS X only in 10.6.5 or later.
• exFAT partitions created with OS X 10.6.5 are inaccessible from Windows 7
• Not all Windows versions support exFAT. See disadvantages.
• exFAT (Extended File Allocation Table)
• AirPort Extreme (802.11n) and Time Capsule do not support exFAT
• Maximum file size: 16 EiB

All Macs use Mac OS Extended (HFS+) for their system HDD. That is why you need MacDrive or HFSExplorer, as Windows can't read HFS+ natively.
