iPod touch Recover deleted video?

Is there a way to recover a video one of my kids deleted from my ipod touch 4G?

It's a video I filmed myself in the camera roll. Not one loaded through itunes.

Sorry its not possible since it is left on the iPod and not synced to iTunes.

Next time be careful where you place your iPod.
