Recover Erased NTFS Partition

Hi Guys,

Anybody offer any suggestions on the best way / software to recover an erased NTFS partition ?

By accident I managed to erase the wrong NTFS partition in DiskUtility as part of a 2 partition external USB drive.

I've tried Data Rescue 3 which appears to be great at recovering a large chunk of the info that was on the partition, but it doesn't appear to keep the directory structure from what I can tell. - Something that's vital in terms of website structures etc...

If anybody can help it'd be seriously appreciated.
