recover HFS+ partition after dumb repartition

Hi,

i was so dumb and repartitioned/reformated my drive, the wrong one.

I selected my external usb HD instead of my usb pendrive.
So the drive was repartitioned and formated.
old: 1 part, HFS+
new: 1 part, HFS+

is there any way to recover my files?
