When I turn on my iPhone, it gives me the "connect to iTunes" screen.

I have NOT restored it.

I do not have a back up.

PLEASE HELP ME!

No, but I did hold the home button while connecting it to my computer. It has not been restored though.

Oh I see.
Try holding the home and power button together for 15 or more seconds untill the phone turns off and you see the apple logo when it turns back on and that should kick it out of recovery mode.
And right after it starts up run and plug it to itunes and make a backup.
Never leave yourself high and dry with no backups to fall back to. Do one every few weeks if you can.

I held the 2 buttons down for a few seconds. The logo came up, went away, came up again, and went to connect to iTunes.

I'm going to vomit. This is a disaster.

It should take longer than a few seconds.
Try again and make sure you hold both down at the same time and keep holding till you see the apple logo.
If not I'd try recboot to kick it out of recovery.

Or go to the tinyumbrella site and on the right of the page on download links get the fix recovery tool.

OMG now I'm past the connect to iTunes screen!

Now I'm on the GreenPois0n skull logo, but I do not see the little wheel that always comes up before getting to the swipe screen.

Interesting.
Let it sit there and try to load into homescreen, dont shut it off. Sometimes mine takes like 5-6 minutes but it eventually starts up.
What did you use to get past the connect to itunes? Tinyumbrella or just holding home and power?

OMG it was the greenpoison screen, waited, turned off, went to apple logo, now connect to iTunes again :(

All of this happened by itself.

Sounds like its in a boot loop.
Try it again and see if it gets further.
Did you use any of the tools I posted above in the links or just help down the buttons?

I'm using recboot.

Here's what is happening:

I turn on iPhone and it goes to the connect to iTunes screen.

Then I use recboot to exit the screen, and it goes to the greenpoison logo.

I see the wheel for maybe a second then it goes away. The greenpoison logo stays for awhile.

Then it shuts off automatically, the apple logo comes up again, and again it says connect to itunes.

The "Fix Recovery" tool [Windows] [OSX]

Do I use fixrecovery421? does that mean 4.2.1?

What does it do? I hope it doesn't restore anything. Right now the data on my iPhone is still there.

Thank you so much for your help tonight btw. This is like crisis for me.

No, it wont restore or delete anything.
It will just try to get it out of recovery and into normal boot.
Welcome and good luck dude.

It is just saying this over and over. Should I just wait? I'm still on the connect to iTunes screen?

Setting to interface 0:0
opening device 05ac:1281...
Setting to configuration 1

Im not 100% positive cause I havent had the need to use it yet bro. Knock on wood:)
Leave it for a while and see if it does its thing.
I'd also try downloading the latest version if tinyumbrella 4.33.00 and that also has an "exit recovery" and a "fix recovery" option.
Hope something ends up fixing it in the end.
