Recover iphone video in backup

Hi there, I read in the forum somewhere that you can get files in the mobilesync/backup folders for your iphone4 and if you wanted to save those photos, just to rename the extension to .jpg. It worked great, but I can't seem change a certain file that I know is a video that I shot with my iphone4 and change it to .mov or .m4v to work. Any suggestions?

You will need a video converter software application to to this.

Thanks for the reply.

But my issue is, my iphone4 has already been restored to the factory setting and the software seems like it requires me to send them my phone.

I already found the file in the backup that I know is a video. I just want to know how can I make that file a video? instead of cad2d66a4721a34704aa40563b64e07205ac95ec
