Recovered Files folder in trash?

So i just started up my computer this morning and noticed that there was something in the trash bin. when checked, noticed a recovered files folder in there. this is the second time that i have started my computer in the last week and noticed that file there.
Is that normal?
There was no issues when I had shut down the night before?

I get that all the time too. I wouldn't worry about it.

It's perfectly normal, Think of it as a clean up. You Mac doesn't think you need it but it just wants to give you one more chance to see if you will before you empty the trash.
