Recovered files in trash upon startup

I'm curious if anyone else has had this happen to them: I can shutdown my Mini, running SL and fully-updated, and upon turning it back on, there is a folder in my trash can that says "Recovered files." In it, there is always one file by the name of tgeqtemp.Lrn. Anyone ever heard of this?
