Recovered files in trash, why?

I found this in the trash today when I turned on my MBP, its happened a couple of times, should I worry? and what is this?

Usually from MS Word or other Office apps. Nothing to worry about (I use to get them too). Likely happened from the apps not quitting cleanly or they didn't clean up their own mess.

I'm still new to macs but it goes something like when you quit a program it is suppose to delete temporary files but sometimes for one reason or another they don't so when you restart your computer it automatically cleans them out and puts them in the trash.

Nothing to worry about just a minor annoyance if you're a little OCD like me.
