Hi everyone,
I accidentally clicked don't save on MS Word.Is there anyway to recover file with the help of uflysoft or anything,If so how ? please help me

Unless there's an auto-backup somewhere, no, most likely not.

Data Rescue and Disk Drill have recovery options. They have been part of app bundles. Disk Drill is in a current stacksocial bundle.

If auto recover is on and you went past the time counter, there may have been a backup file saved that would be used if Word crashed. Windows and OSX versions of Word have this auto recovery feature. When you say not to save when you close down it is supposed to get rid of those files. You may be able to an undelete program if that area of the disk has not been written to. The chances of recovery are low if you have been using the computer since then as portions could already be written over. You'll need to google for the auto recovery location and find an undelete program. You don't want to accidentally overwrite, so you'll need to put your computer into target disk mode and do all this from another Mac using a firewire.

It is probably going to be less time and aggrivation involved rewriting the document you lost.
