Recovering a PDF deleted from iBooks?

Is there a way to do this, similar to the photos back up? I’ve been having a clear out in the last few days ahead of getting a Mini 6. I submitted meter readings to our energy supplier and deleted the last statement from my iBooks at the same time. The supplier has today gone out of business, no new bill and no access to the website to re-download the one I deleted which would prove the account balance as of last month.

I don't believe Photos has any sort of "recently deleted" feature like Photos. But I found where Books stores imported PDFs if you have a Time Machine backup:

You'll have to press COMMAND + SHIFT + . (period) to toggle "view hidden files/folders" in order to see the Library folder within your user folder.
