Is there a way to recover something after it has been deleted from the trash??

You can try Data Rescue II

Just don't use your computer to download it... you will be overwriting your files you want to recover
In fact, don't use your computer at all if you seriously need to recover files
You will need an external drive to recover your files to

What if I dont have an external drive?

What about Data Rescue?

Does NOBODY read any more?!? :p

Well since I dont have a external hard drive, can I still use it?

Not effectively
If you download the program, you are writing to the HD (and possibly overwriting the files you want to rescue)
If you "rescue" files to your HD you are overwriting the files you are trying to rescue

It is your data... so you can feel free to try!
