Recovering unreadable CDs?!?

I have a CD which, after time, has become unreadable. How can I recover the data on this CD? I have tried DiskWarrior or Datarescue X, but they dont really work on CDs, only on hard drives.
This is important data on the CD and any suggestion would be appreaciated. Any utilities to do that?
