I have a mac and I hooked up my external hdd, but I was so stupid to delete the hidden windows files like recycler, system information and stuff (one of those were 5gb)

So now my hdd is empty but if i look at proportions of my hdd it still says my hdd is 95% full, so the data is still there, how do i recover this hdd?

A guy said I deleted the master file table or something, I want to have a good, fast way to recover this and not use recovering software, it's NFTS.

Help?!

Ok, i'm doing error checking and repearing in windows, I think this will solve it
