recovery in big sur... [RESOLVED]

ny somewhere
can anyone get into recovery? i've always been able to do that with my imac keyboard plugged into usb (ie in catalina). but in the big sur public beta, this does not seem to work....

EDIT: 3rd try, and am in... so, all is well.
