Recovery issue pleae help

Ok look here is the deal I just bought this phone about 6 days ago never had a chance to backup or anything but my son thought it would be a good idea to erase my phone We had some important photos on there we just had a little baby girl on the 26th had all the pictures of that birth on there so you can kind of see how important it is to get my data back. Now i know with pc you can never really truly delete all your info off your hd except with the right programs..Its still on there somewhere Is there any way i can still get my photos back? with No backup thru itunes or icloud.. There was a failed upload on my cloud tho but i cant figure out when and where that happened its only about 400kb tho

Sorry to tell you, but the likelihood is that your precious pictures are gone....There are specialist recovery companies that will attempt recovery from HDD / SSD fails, but I've never heard of one that can recover erased data from a phone.

It's a sad lesson, but backups are simply essential.

There are several companies who market software they claim will do this.
I have never used any of these and certainly cannot recommend any particular company, but a simple Google search will give you some possible options.

If you had photo stream turned on with iCloud, then they should be there.
