recovery macbook ios

Hi,
I bought a Macbook A1342 from second hand with os x e1 capitan
I need to re install the ios but I can't, I attached a photo (the language is swedish) I need some help

You don't say what the problem is.

If this is a new machine to you (none of your data on it yet) I would open Disk Utility (Skivverktyg) in your screenshot and erase the drive. Then close Disk Utility to get back to your screenshot then click on "install OS X"... (not iOS, that s for iPhones and iPads).

I assume you got to Recovery by booting holding cmd+R which is the normal and recommended standard way. If you have any problems you could try the two other ways in this Apple article.
