I deleted my whole conversation on my iPhone by accident, but the conversation is still there on my MacBook in messages app.
Is there any way to recover this whole conversation on my iPhone?

Only way to recover the full conversation on your phone is if you recently backed up the phone and restore that backup onto your phone.

Oh damn... then I'm out of luck.
Will this whole conversation also disappear from my MacBook soon or it's gone just from iPhone?

It will remain on your MacBook as long as you don't delete it from your MacBook.

Follow the instructions on the program or the ones I typed out. IF you still have that old of a back up in iTunes or the cloud you can recover the information you lost.

This is the only other thread in the "similar threads" that isn't like a year old so if anyone else has this problem they are just gonna have to use that search option up top.
