I want a recovery software that can get back my deleted whatsapp messages and some other photos i have deleted from my iphone 7. They are not backed up on the icloud. What software can i get for my pc that can recover the deleted data?

Not much you can do except learn from your mistakes and enable iCloud backup from here on out:
