Hi,

Is it possible to restore photos after clean restoring an iPhone? I've tried like 10 different software (who are all the same, except with a different GUI) but scan results do not show any deleted photos.

The iPhone has just been restored. iPhone 6 running iOS 9.2.1

Help is appreciated. Friend lost around 25,000 photos.

Thanks

Why would he restore without backing up his images.

Sounds like they NEVER backed up any images.

I doubt they can be recovered.

Sorry for his loss.

The iPhone was stuck in a spinning wheel of death loop. I tried everything to kick out of recovery, it didn't work .(TinyUmrella, Reiboot, DFU, etc). I only managed to get the device in DFU mode after many times trying.
With no luck, I asked him should I restore and try photo recovery software and he agreed.

Unfortunately, they weren't backed up to either a computer or to iCloud.

I guess this will be a learning experience.
